Breakfast is excellent. The quality of the food is high. And despite the fact that we were in a busy time, the hotel seems to cope perfectly well. So no waiting for anything, check-in, check-out- restaurant- parking-luggage handling - calling the reception...etc. And this hotel has a unique vibe even though it is one of the oldest in the area.

Stayed in this hotel for a day..Excellent service , amazing hospitality, super warm staff..They have a very amazing breakfast buffet thanks to Mahendra who went above and beyond to ensure there are no hassles..everything from early check in to drop off were well taken care of…really impressed and hence, would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are going to Al Qassim☺️☺️

The hotel had extremely good service.... it had an ambience of a 5 star hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us at every step. I had to travel with my 2 year old daughter. Their breakfast had good options for her too . The restaurant had many high chairs for kids. They even would warmed my baby's food whenever I requested. They even cleaned our room whenever we requested. Children enjoyed the swimming pool area. The television in room had you tube installed. All the staff there were very kind and we would look forward to going there again

The Hotel is best located in the region everything is near there service is excellent cleanliness is wow 10 out of 10 Thanks to the management for amazing customer service I feel it’s my 2nd home I really enjoyed
